Why is it necessary to film only fragments?

It was a specific choice. From a technical and formal point of view I want to find a middle ground between photography and video-making. That's why almost all of the frames are still. Also, while I was shooting I was reading Jung’s Synchronicity and I realised that I wanted to create a connection between random fragments of reality. 

Is there a particular fragment which stands out to you?

I think it’s the man with the bells. It represents the irony that claims to stand above birth and death.
